Abstract

A business is an organization made up of a group of individuals. For this organization to function, the individuals within it need to communicate with each other. Communication is an integral part and not a problem. The challenge is when an organization accustomed to doing business as usual suddenly has to transform due to the Covid 19 pandemic. This study uses primary data that comes from employee interviews as an organization. Through these speakers, information is obtained on how their business in their place has changed and how business communication is carried out. The results of this study indicate that not all organizations are ready. However, one positive side of the Covid-19 pandemic is encouraging business communication that utilizes modern technology.
